1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the SEO services ("Services") provided by SITE123 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to the client ("Client," "you," or "your"). By purchasing or using our SEO services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Our SEO services include but are not limited to:

  • Keyword research and analysis

  • SEO audit and baseline keyword report

  • On-page optimization recommendations

  • Content and metadata recommendations

The specific services provided depend on the package selected.

3. Client Responsibilities

To achieve the best results, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about their website and business.

  • Grant necessary access to website analytics, search console, and other SEO-related tools.

  • Implement recommended changes where applicable.

  • Avoid unethical SEO practices (e.g., purchasing backlinks, keyword stuffing).

4. No Guaranteed Rankings

SEO results depend on various factors, including search engine algorithms, competition, and industry trends. While we use best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or revenue growth.

5. Payment & Fees

  • All SEO services are prepaid based on the selected package.

  • Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.

  • Additional services beyond the selected package may incur extra charges.

6. Reporting & Deliverables

  • The Client will receive an Initial Keyword Ranking Report to assess the starting position.

  • Ongoing reports will be provided based on the package selected.

  • Reports are based on data available at the time and may vary due to algorithm updates.

7. Changes in Search Engine Algorithms

Search engines frequently update their algorithms, which may impact rankings. While we adapt to industry changes, we are not responsible for ranking fluctuations due to search engine updates.

8. Third-Party Services & Tools

We may use third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) for SEO analysis and reporting. The Client is responsible for complying with the terms of these third-party providers.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information exchanged during the service period.

10. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice.

  • No refunds will be issued for services already provided.

  • If the Client engages in unethical SEO practices, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be made to these terms of use.
